We got a Bf-109 G6/Late which is great but why no AS Version and why is the fastest plane the G10 Version not in the simulation?

Best solution, IMHO, would be to keep the G10 for a late war endgame module easternfront 10/44-4/45 and release either a G6/AS or a G6/AS-G14/AS combo as a collector module. G6/AS was used from 5/44 onwards, so that one could be used both in BoN and BoBP, while G14/AS was only available in the BoBP timeframe.
