kissTheSky Posted February 27, 2021 Posted February 27, 2021 Hello guys, I have a very old Saitek X45 and I’d like to set mode switches, but I can’t find the software it came with, and, I’m not even sure if that software would work with W10, after all I was still running Windows XP when I got the joystick. Are there any generic software that would help? im also having trouble setting the slider buttons to correspond to “zoom”, “normal view”, and “large fov”, no matter what I do, I can’t get the middle position of the slider assigned even though button click registers in calibration tool. Thanks
1./KG4_grat123 Posted February 27, 2021 Posted February 27, 2021 I am still using my X45 throttle in combination with a MSFFB2 joystick. I use Joystick Gremlin to give me mode capability without using the original Saitek software. Plus point here is I can use modes with the MSFBB2. I think this software should also work for you. Have at look at the website here https://whitemagic.github.io/JoystickGremlin/ 1
TCW_Brzi_Joe Posted February 27, 2021 Posted February 27, 2021 Joy2key is what I use. After saitek lost my settings I avoid its software. 1
