Please help! Recent “invisible wall” type bug

Hello all,

 

I hope someone has had this issue and can let me know a solution.  Thanks in advance for reading! I got a brand new rig and the oculus rift s this past October and everything has ran smoothly with no issues.  About 2 weeks ago I was flying and all of a sudden mid flight a bug keeps happening where it’s almost like there is an invisible wall on my left and right face and it’s tethered. Kind of like when you move your head too far and would hit the side of the cockpit and the whole plane moves. That’s what happens. I can look around 360 and everything fine but if I slide my head just slightly to right or left the whole plane moves and it’s like I’m locked. It’s so hard to explain and hope that makes sense. The only way to fix it is exit out of the game and restart my pc. It’s so weird because it just happens randomly and I can be on a 45 min flight and good to go and it just happens or it could be my second flight and when I spawn it happens. If anyone can help I would appreciate it !!!! Thanks in advance  ?
