Arcade F4 view position modification?

Is there a way to change the Arcade F4 view position for BoX, FC and TC?

I set fixcameras, alt-F2, but i mean in default the game setup.

 

BTW i came across this vid on camera views, setting up your Camera views seems quite easy:
