Winter map and winter coats

I set up a mission on the Novosokolniki winter only map. http://www.mediafire.com/file/ra5xcwmpc44az89/-_Novosokolniki_HunHunt.zip/file

Blocks (some as linked entity set) and some vehicles appear in their summer coat. Is there a way to correct that?:

Reselect the Novosokolniki preset and save. Changing dates or switching b/w maps are usually the culprit.
