Crockett Posted February 16, 2021 Posted February 16, 2021 I have two issues I haven’t been able to solve and need help. I have a CH 568 Combatstick USB, a CH Pro Throttle USB and a CH Pro Pedals USB. While flying most of my planes I can’t get them to take full throttle input. Usually it’s around 75 to 85 % but particularly bad with the FW 190. So I need to learn how to make them take full throttle! The FW 190 is exceptionally difficult to control to the point that it rolls all over the place -- back and forth and I can’t steady it. That’s the only plane that does that. Many of the other planes in the sim are steady gun platforms but not the FW 190 in any of the variations. I’ve looked at the joystick input thinking I may be able to do something with that one plane but all the input seems to be for all the planes instead of specific planes. Why is the 190 so squirrely and how do I fix it?

Go to the sensitivity button of your throttle settings and set a dead zone at the top end. Test your throttle until you can move it to 100% with the least amount of dead zone. So I need to learn how to make them take full throttle! Open Windows Game Controllers (click in Start button and type joy.cpl). Select CH throttle and in properties test if their axis goes from 0 to ~100%. If don't reach 100% you have an issue with throttle calibration. If reach 100% but not in game probable you have some AI engine "aids" ON, test in CUSTOM mode with all options turned off, minus engine warm-up (if want) and external view(allow spectator).
