Wrong altitude

I'm not sure what's going on, the altitude in PWCG is completely different from the in-game mission briefing.
Is it a setting in PWCG or something else?
The base alt is 3500.

Not pulling altitude for the escorted flight. 

 

Other than that it's right.  14695 feet is how high the escorted bombers are.  4949 meters is how high your waypoints are (16236 feet).

I didn't realise it was in meters in PWCG, my bad.

But here's another issue... the RV point is at -71.
