cannot spawn (start is greyed out or "Airfield conditions have changed")

I am sometime forced to restart my server because the players cannot spawn. Either the start button is greyed out,
or they get a "Airfield conditions have changed" message (for planes or tanks that are in unlimited quantities).
It is really annoying because if I am not here to restart the server, the population just drops little by little because nobody can spawn.

Compared to other servers the fakefields/fakevehiclefields change side quite a lot during the game so it might come from there, but the problem is present also for the spawns that do not change side.

The server is never full (max 89 people and we never went above 40 people at the same time).
I feel it happened mainly when there was a large number of players though (30 or so).

i get that airfield conditions were changed message when there is no room to spawn in the field i have selected. just need to wait for anyone to move off the spawn area. 

 

i have nothing to say  about the grey start button. never experienced. might be a bug or not.
