restricting skins on fakefield/fakevehiclefield

How to restrict the skins that can be used? For instance I want everyone to use by default the winter camo when using a winter map.
I tried using the Available skins option in the fakevehiclefield but it does no to anything.

You need to lock skins in the server's sds file too.

bumping as I needed to use this for tanks today, but it does not seem to work.

So there is no way to lock skins for tanks in fakevehiclefields ?
