il 2 launcher not working.

GUYS i need some help for my friend who downloaded the game from the launcher and it worked once but today it mystically didnt work and sent this error The instruction at 0x00007FF76358023B referenced memory at 0x0000000000000010. The memory could not be read. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Does your friend launch the game from the launcher? If so tell him to start the game from wherever it is "......IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\bin\game\IL2.exe" instead!
