=JG52=fldrms Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Hi friends, i am a bit undecided when it comes to these Sticks. I know from reading A LOT of reviews that the TM Warthog is the best you can get when it comes to Joysticks with movable parts. The Saitek although not widespread as the TM seems to be of very high quality too. The lack of movable parts makes it extremely durable too. pro X65-F: - I have the impression that I "could" make VERY precise movements once getting used to the force sensing technology. pro TM - proven to be worth the money you spent Is there anybody out there who owns the X65-F and can make a better pro / con comparison? thanks & regards f.
Felix58 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 I have both of these sticks. The X65F is a nice stick and it does not take long to get used to. More suited to jet sims I would suggest, but well built and it does the job nicely. I recently bought a THW and a 7.5 cm extension from Sahaj. I mounted this on a a Roger Dodger Floor Unit with Centre Joystick mount. If you have plans to have a centre mounted joystick (WW2 style) I would highly recommend the THW and 7.5cm extension. If you are going to operate the joystick from the desktop, I think the X65F would be the way to go, especially if you have an interest in jet sims..
=JG52=fldrms Posted June 3, 2014 Author Posted June 3, 2014 Hi aus3620, thanks for answering! I think i am going with the THW + CH PRO PEDALS or if "more" money left with MFG CROSSWIND PEDALS regards f.
