Framerate indicator question

Hi folks, a quick question. 

Using backspace, I can, of course, get an indication of framerate on screen. There are two figures - top is frames per second and I presume the bottom one is memory usage. 

Here's the question, does the bottom figure refer to system RAM or GPU RAM ?

The bottom one is your current FOV (field of view).
