Traverse turret from commander's position

Just got this.  From the commander's position I can drive the tank.  Can I also traverse the gun?

While I'm at it, I joined Finnish and managed to burn out my Pz IV engine driving up a hill.  What did I do wrong?  Is there a good TC tutorial out there that's up to date?

If you sit in the driver's seat while driving look at the rpm. Keep it out of the red.

 

Only traverse turrent in gunner seat. 

 

You can drive tank from any position.

Yes, if you are in a T-34)

But you can however use I think LCTRL and Tilde and get into the Crew commands.  Your gunner will track targets himself and turret traverse can happen that way while you are in the cupola
