Artificial true airspeed indicator

Type of improvement: give the option to enable artificial true airspeed Indicator.

Explanation of proposals: beeing able to know the true airspeed (e.g. what we had in the old IL-2 game series)

Benefits: no necessary guesswork with calculators to know how fast our planes can fly on a certain altitude and beeing able to compare those figures to historic documents
