How to ban gunner that is deliberately firing on own plane?

Hi, yesterday, a highly unpleasant player came as a gunner onto my bomber and shooted constantly on my wings until we finally crashed. It was done deliberately, first on the right wing, then on the left. I am pretty sure he was from the oponent team and "did his job" this way.

It was on the German side, EU Official 1CGS server, around 18:00 CET.

Can I kick him out my plane if I see this the next time? Is there a way to identify the user and ban him?

Are MP players connected via their specific IP address? Use Privatefirewall?

Disable gunner positions for others, check your settings. It happens to all. at least once.

Lock gunner stations, you fing it when you are in your plane and press escape.

I only unlock gunners if someone asks me to let him in, let em join and lock again.

Thanks to all, I will lock gunner positions. Is there a way to find out who is sitting there, and to ban them? Or are they banned automatically due to continuous friendy fire?
