Doesn't look or sound like any Cessna I know, it's more like an ultralight, no idea what the pilot was up to there, no engine failure (can hear it still running throughout), maybe stalled and kept pulling back.

yup, it's not even a take off, you don't fiddle with your throttle whilst going up, and surely you don't keep on flying over the runway, you just free the path as fast as you can.. lotsa people die in Europe with ultralights..

Same thing has been happening since Wilber and Orville cursed us with this flying affliction!

kills me that he regained the speed and lift he needed to touch it back down gently then pulled up and stalled again...
