Need help!

Im so sorry, but im tired of waiting for a supports reply..

 

Here is what happened:

 

I bought IL2BOS from Steam

Game launches and i select that i aleady have an IL2 account, and that i want to link with Steam so i can also use my nickname instead of a random number

But game says i have entered a wrong IL2 account´s email or password. But hey, look that: if i didnt know my login to IL2 website, you would not be able to read this very message posted after loging in using the very same account this very same website is refusing to accept when i try to link accounts.

 

The instructions of the support page didnt help a thing.... *SAD*

Your nickname is not the username used for login launching the game, as that username is an email address ...

(Not sure if are aware of that ...)

Maybe both accounts must use the exactly same nickname?

look that: here I’m logged in both accounts (steam and IL2 website), and when I follow the instructions and launch the game from Steam button, a launch windows appears right away on the official IL2 website. But then when trying to link both in game, the IL2 official account is refused.

Solved! 
Contact support and they will ask you to send them your Steam ID code and a screenshot of IL2 main screen (so they can check your generic player ID) and manually link accounts.
