Tank Crew Multiplayer Crew Positions

Hi,

 

I thoroughly enjoy playing Tank Crew with MP Crewmembers on my tanks.  The problem I face, however, is that if I am in one of the positions into which someone can spawn such as the Commander, Gunner, or Driver in the Sherman, I don't show up as being in that position when someone chooses to spawn into my Tank and I am automatically kicked out of my position to make room for them if they select the position that I occupy.  Often in the Sherman, I end up in the assistant driver slot into which no one else can spawn.  

 

The only option available to avoid having people spawn into my position is to lock all of the positions and/or kick the spawner off my tank, both of which I am loathe to do because often they do not return to occupy one of the other positions (I prefer the Commander slot).  

 

Is there a way to change the Tank positions so that either I can select which positions to lock or unlock for someone to occupy or so that the game recognizes the position that I am occupying so that this position is not available to other players?

Agree. You should be able to designate which positions are available for people to join and block the others.
