Is binoculars still there?

Can anyone help to confirm that? I cannot find it in my key mapping menu.

They are still there. Only the tank commander can use them. You can find the corresponding key in "Station Note" when you press "Esc" or in "gun control" in "Key assignment" in the options.

Left Control + 5 to bring them up and left Control + tilde key (to left of !1) to put them away

 

left Control 1 to 3 gives flare gun (green, white and red order may be wrong) and 4 give hand gun. same command to put away as bins.

Thank you guys for the help. I finally figure out that it is not in the TC command menu but in weapon control menu. initally no key assigned for this function. Maybe I messed it up before. Anyway thanks a lot guys.
