New computer how to re-download what I've bought?

Hi,

 

I hope this isn't duplicative - I searched and couldn't find  an answer.  I've got IL2 material, bought in the past, that I want to download again to a new computer I've built.

 

I saw something saying we can log in with our accounts to multiple computers.  I hope that also means I can play on more than one, but of course only one at a time.  Help?

 

And sorry, sorry, sorry!  I think I posted this in a bad place for what it is...

You should be able to download it from here: https://il2sturmovik.com/download/

 

You'll have to log in there first.

just how long has it been since you logged into the online server with your old system?

 

Im having a hell of a time trying to get rise of flight account to verify on my new system. All the login wants to do is have me make a new account, and i dont think they changed their stance on "once you use an activation key, you cannot reuse it"

For whatever reason, some Rise of Flight accounts stopped working. Contact support and let them know what trouble you're having with logging in. They were able to fix mine in 24-hours.

when i turn my old system on, the rise of flight system logs me in online AND offline with no issue. 

 

ive done all the little tricks of rof forum says, down to transfering my entire rof directory.. zip in results. All it wants to do is have me create a new user account. And it takes an act of god from the makers to transfer your purchase/activation key between accounts. 

 

Ive been waitin since friday to get a reply from them.
