DrDeath_MD Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 My trim (on a hat switch of CH Fighterstick) seems overly sensitive. When I click the button I get a change between 2 and 7 percent (random). Is there a way to make the trim buttons less sensitive so I can have each click correspond to ~2% trim.
Tipsi Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 I think the “momentum” of the trim button is simply a duration of how long you keep the button pressed down. - Have you tried a keyboard keybinding if it acts the same? I have trim set to my hat switch using the Thrustmaster T-1600000000M and find that the game engine makes trimming quite “non-sensitive” i.e. I need to hold it down a long time to get it going
DrDeath_MD Posted January 30, 2021 Author Posted January 30, 2021 I normally only hold it down for setting take off and landing to rapidly change. In the air I need much finer trim.
SvAF/F16_Goblin Posted January 31, 2021 Posted January 31, 2021 I have trim on my warthog stick trimbutton and I do not have that problem. Can't say wat makes your trim behave like that though.
Georgio Posted February 2, 2021 Posted February 2, 2021 I wish I could get the HOTAS trim to actually work, it only wants to function on a slider for me, even the keyboard trim doesn't work.
