Rudo Posted January 29, 2021 Posted January 29, 2021 All of the aircraft seem to be way too heavy and do not respond properly to pitch or elevator trim controls. Most of the campaigns i bought they have locked the fuel load to 100 %!. This makes it very hard to fly with all the fuel and payloads to do the missions properly. I also have IL21946 with BAT and the planes there fly just fine without all this heavy plane weight problems I experience here and I suspect others must go thru it too. I have MSFF2 Joystick with X52 Hotas for trim. all check out properly in Joycontrol panel and work fine in IL21946. Is there anyway to unlock the fuel load in the campaigns? I'm tired of my planes wanting to drop out of the sky the second i let go of the joystick and head for a dirt nap. any ideas??
Rudo Posted January 29, 2021 Author Posted January 29, 2021 Ok I found out that I had my Elevator trim and Stabilizer trim bound to the same wheel on my X52. When I removed the Stabilizer trim binding to the same wheel control control on my X52 the Heavy Plane Syndrome went away! Somehow they were messing each other up. I don't know if i need to bind the Stabilizer trim to anything, do I?
Ghost666 Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 depends on the aircraft you are flying. If you are flying an 109 then yes they have adjustable stabilizers. If you are in a mig then no, you use the trim adjustment. and there are two types of trim adjustments. If the AC IRL used a wheel to make adjustments to trim then use the axis key binding. But that being said I assign the same buttons to all three and have had no problem. What plane where you having the problem with?
