I have been waiting for a long time for an answer to a technical support request that started very effectively, but then was unexpectedly silenced. Despite the fact that I have fulfilled all the requirements made to me at the beginning of the process, it has not been possible for the technical support department to respond.

The team is just coming out of holiday season. Perhaps that is the cause of their lack of response?

Hello, thank you very much for the information. I'm going to wait a few more days to see if your idea is confirmed, which I hope it is, but it's strange that they haven't left a notice or an automatic response of temporary closure for holidays.
