That looks like it was done with a mod. There are no air drop torps in the game stock. So, I guess take it up with whoever made the mod?

Yea, airdrop torpedos are only available currently with a mod, so I figure they are only coded in currently with a splash explosion since they aren't something a player is going to be messing around with and this isn't really a situation that ought to be coming up haha.
