Pan camera mode as default (with paused TrackIR)? Looks like a BUG.

I want to pause TrackIR ocassionally and use hat to look around in pan camera mode. The system always switch back to center quick mode.
Looks like the option in Settings/Cameras/Defaultview - don't work with paused Track IR.
 
You can choose from Centered quick view, Fixed quick view, Gradual quick view, and Pan camera mode.
no matter You set its always stays in Fixed quick view every time You start the game and You must hit F9 few time to set it to Pan camera mode.
Bug or what?

If You are using TrackIR and You hit the trackIR pause (user defined track Pause button) the camera mode switch backs to centered quick
view, again and again You must hit F9 few times to change it back to Pan camera mode.
Every time You stop/pause the Track IR it switch back to centered quick view mode why?. I want it to stay in Pan camera mode every time I pause thr TrackIR.

 

Edit:There is a setting bow/turn pilot head vertically/horizontallly to sovle this issue.

 

Another finding is that, if You pause thr TrakIR in menus (settings) when You return to simulation the game hangs in 99% cases.
