  1. 1. What is YOUR most common cause for aircraft loss?

    • Pilot Kill (f'ing snipers)
      18
    • Wing Loss (I swear, it wasn't that many G's!)
      32
    • Engine System Damage (Radiator/oil system/blown cylinder)
      13
    • Controls Damaged/Jammed (There's no way a single bullet did all that)
      36
    • Down in Flames! (Those who burn brightest)
      2
    • Ground Fire (Flak/Archie/AAA)
      6
    • Self-Inflicted During a Dive (over-sped engine, pulled out too quick, etc)
      18
    • Unrecoverable Spin (cheers to the Dolphin/Camel/Dr1 pilots!)
      8
    • Special Weapons (Balloon guns, Becker 20mm, over-wing guns, pistols, bombs, etc)
      0
    • Ram (Close Encounters of the Third Kind)
      12
    • Collision with Ground/Tree/Building (I guess this counts as a landing)
      9
    • Successful Landing (wait, that's a thing?)
      7

That'd be handy I'd say. I stopped to have a drink a Reims and I swear I parked my aircraft at Courcy.

1. Look at Pomacle - lots of planes from Courcy ended up there.

2. Look down the fishing hole - maybe your plane fell in.

3. If everything fails, wait for the Reims map...
