What is the procedure for submitting bug reports?

Hello,

 

I still haven't seemed to find an official way to submit bugs  ?

 

I keep noticing things like the fact that the Ju-88C elevator cables seem much more vulnerable than any of its other control connections (I'm losing elevator and nothing else in about half of my strafing missions)!
