So I created a new account bedo940@gmail.com to get the key that I wanted to activate on my bedo@lmn.sk on the steamer for my other products. Its not working can you help me please both emails are just mine Believe me, I don't want any speculation. I bought a lot of products from you and I am your fan. But I would like to solve it. Pinguim Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 When I had an activation problem between my website and steam accounts, I contacted the staff (https://il2sturmovik.com/support/) and it was eventually fixed. Took about a week.
greyweasel85 Posted May 8 Posted May 8 You may have the similar situation as I had I bought base game and a couple of other addons directly on Steam and then got Battle of Moscow as a free gift from il2sturmovik.com. I couldn't redeem the key on Steam, however it has been successfully added to my il2 account and it's visible and playable from the game. I think it's the way it is with that free gift. Let's celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory!
