Can i host a 4.13.4 server?

Hi guys, i'm currently stuck with this setup:

i'm playing vanilla 4.13.4 via porting kit on mac osx

my buddy is playing the same version on steam on a pc

 

we would like to create our custom server but.. i can't see local server when using hamachi and i can't port forward since i don't have the modem password (i'm in a rent flat) 

 

are there any ways to create a 4.13.4 server? can you send me the link to downlaod the 4.13.4 dedicated server software?

the only one i could find was for 4.08

The dedicated server patches are uploaded at m4T @SpaceCarmelo.

Since you want to host a v4.13-4 server you can start with one of the v4.12-2 complete patches and then patch up to v413-4. This will save you hours of frustration. 

All three of these are the same but you can choose which one best suits your download speeds and or limits.

 

Choose one of these three first:

Then Patch in this order:
