357th_KW Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Avgas weighs 6 lbs per gallon, but in the specs the P-47's 370 gallons are listed as weighing 3095 lbs, which would be something like 8.4 lbs per gallon. I think it's a unit conversion issue - the 1006 KG's it lists should equal 2200 lbs roughly, which is right about dead on for 370 gallons.
