Five_By_Five Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 I recently upgraded my joystick to the Thrustmaster T-6000M stick and throttle. The game no longer recognizes it. I've tried the solutions that I've found online as well as the joystick program offered by TFS but still no joy. The weapons buttons work but the control axis do not work and the throttle is not recognized. Any ideas? (Yes, I have searched the forums but didn't see anything that fit.)
Redwo1f Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 Well it is not the T-6000M HOTAS in and of themselves as I am running them too and they were recognized on my system with the sim without needing to do anything special, if I recall. 1

Just in case, the game (Tobruk) don't assign axes and buttons of the new joystick and throttle automatically, you need do this manually. 1 - STEAM controller is turned OFF (in STEAM interface)? 2 - Assured that are assign axes in AXES tab and look if green bars bellow are moving. 3 - Don't forget hit APPLY after set commands.
Five_By_Five Posted January 9, 2021 Author Posted January 9, 2021 Thanks! I was able to get it working with these suggestions. I set the axes manually but the plane on quick mission would air start into an immediate spin. After re-running the joystick program and restarting the game this still happened. Then, the second time around I went back to the configuration screen while still in flight and reset all of the axes . . . voila . . . it works. So, I will be flying a new campaign tonight. Thanks again!
