"Multiplayer Server Overload" Warning...

I get this constantly when I host.  The game runs fine, maybe some rubber banding of player aircraft when flying in formation now and then, but nothing that is game breaking.  Most of my hosted missions are made with SYN_Vander's "Easy Mission Generator". and have AI flights for friend and foe, and many ground targets for each side.  This one happens to be on the Moscow map, running an historic plane set, but it happens no matter what.  

 

Is there any way to shut this off?  It's annoying at best, and down right irritating after several hours of flying.  That little bell ringing constantly when the message appears, over and over again is just beyond the pale.

 

How do I kill this nonsense?

There is a way to turn off the 'bell' sound at least, by turning off the interface sounds in the game settings. Then you don't get any chimes from the chat either though.
