One of my favourite things to do in most sims is ground attack. It looks pretty spectacular here!

"mud moving" is simply a term for ground attack.

An F15E is a "mud mover"

 

Having heard of the term (or not) isn't related to what state you live in.

Or even better, the F-15E is nicknamed the "mud hen" for that very reason.
