kraut1 Posted January 3, 2021 Posted January 3, 2021 (edited) Hi All, i am playing with def FOV90°. How can I define only for external view F2 a bigger default zoom factor (in conf.ini)? If I switch to external view with F2 the plane appears quite small. Best regards Edited January 3, 2021 by kraut1 misspelling corrected
Sokol1 Posted January 3, 2021 Posted January 3, 2021 Default FOV is ~70, with option for set 30 or 90 using the pre-defined settings in keys Delete, end, Page Down. You can't adjust these for another values editing Conf.ini. If planes in external vision are small for you, add the key F2 for FOV 30 (more close FOV) - you are not replacing default key, but adding another, and key End for Cockpit View. So press F2 for External view, FOV change together for 30, press F1 for Cockpit view, FOV change for 70 (default) or use another convenient combination. Can add too key F3 (flyby) for FOV 30. For keys/buttons commands are no limit of number of keys you use for a command, just use the ADD button, e.g. FOV 30 can use Delete (default key) plus keys 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5, 6... etc. Depends on need and keys/buttons available. On the other way, axis commands accept just one axis (IL-2:GB accept up to 3, what some people use for add elevator trim together with Pitch control ads online cheater). 1 1
