really basic 1v1 mission!

Hello! I'm just looking for the most basic 1v1 map possible. 2 airfields, very close together. All vehicles available to players, and absolutely zero AI on the map. I'd do this myself, but the mission editor is, well, totally over my head ;_; 

 

Me and a friend are just looking to do some very basic 1v1 dogfighting. 

 

Has anyone else made one of these yet? Thank you!

Air spawn or field spawn?

Try this:

 

Make sure to select 'Dogfight' as game type. 

To select the airfields closest together, select the ones that are top of the list, they wil be closest to the front. There is also an option to have an airspawn close to the front. You can disable any extra AI.

YES! this is PERFECT! this makes it almost identical to the IL-2 1946 mission editor. thank you so much!

Please check that you selected the correct IL2 game folder. 

 

If it still doesn’t work post a screenshot of the settings in the tool of the mission you are trying to generate.

One question ... Is this mission generator the solution to not burdening the CPU? i am looking for a solution for my old pc.

I would have some advice but it requests two to three years editor practice so forget it. ??
