VR_mirror of game play bugged Left eye only

The VR mirror output from the IL-2 game seems to show the left eye for both left and right views.

Is there a way to fix this is a setting in my files set wrong?

 

Looking through the gunsight gets recorded wrong when you are right eye dominant and using VR to stream.

The bug turned out to be in SteamVR or Windows Mixed Reality for SteamVR

 

Uninstall of both and reinstall of both and now both left and right eye are selectable for OBS open VR recording!!
