Can someone give me a quick Guide to AMDs?

I'm looking to get a new, cheap but powerful Gaming-Notebook sometime next year, when new shipments of RTX 30XX Series arrive, crashing the GPU Market again.

I'm quite happy with my Acer Predator Helios 300, it's a small package, but with 2.8-3.8GHz i7-7700HQ and a GTX1060 just powerful enough.

 

For an upgrade I'm looking towards anything with a CPU that's a bit better, preferable above 3GHz Base and above 4 Turbo, and a Graphics Card in the same Ballpark as an RTX2060 or 2070.

 

What AMD Processors and Graphics Cards am I looking for? I am playing with a Dock with Screen, Keyboard, Mouse etc, and would also get a new Dock including External GPU compatibility.
