Technical Assistance

I need help. In the past, members forum has always provided valuable assistance. I recently bought a new computer and thought I downloaded the game files to my new computer. I then deleted the files from my old computer, not realizing that both computers were tied into my network. Now when i try to load the game, I get an error message saying "Failed tp load backend library." I've emailed the company a couple of days ago. I haven't heard from them yet. {I know they are busy}  Can anybody please help this bonehead?

Are you playing CLIFFS OF DOVER - BLITZ or DESERT WINGS - TOBRUK or one of the GREAT BATTLES series?  Your post is not clear.

 

BLITZ and TOBRUK are installed from Steam, you do not need to transfer files across from one computer to another or save the files from the old computer.

 

Just login onto Steam with your new computer and download the game.  This is best, you get a clean install with the latest patches.
