C47 template - Tires & Chrome Q

Hi, was trying to make a Red Cross skin for a C47, as noob, sorry.

 

Now i got it white alright, but i cannot find where you set the tires  to be black, and the white to shiny metal.

The tire area is probably here (blue arrow) but in which layer is it addressed in Martin's template?

PS i found the wheels, it's in some general template ...
