Hello,
a question about the commanders commands.
How do I delete a move command. These are those blue markers.

Issue another command using the mouse the same way you did before, or use the "Tilde" key to access the primary menu, which includes movement commands as well as stop and hold.

 

I don't know if it has been fixed, but a few patches back, if you were using the mouse to access the secondary menu and than switched to the primary menu by using the "Tilde" key, you couldn't access the secondary menu with the mouse anymore.
