In this year 2014, it will have been 100 years since those brave airman first took to the skies to make history with air combat. 1914 saw the outbreak of war and 100 years on in 2014, we still live in a war filled world, only on a much smaller scale.Let us hope that a catastrophe like the First World War never occurs again.
