Additional Career Settings

I am wondering if it would be possible to add additional settings to tweak the career. Would it be possible to tweak the AI skill levels across the board? Would it also be possible to change the ground density and the air density as separate settings? I am sure this could be hard to fully implement due to having to change a lot of the current way missions are generated. But again, these are simply questions of what is possible as well as possible suggestions to help aid in giving more freedom for Career pilots.
