Is there a way to use this type of instrument panel?

I saw this in one of the videos when this game was in Alpha back in 2013. I noticed the type of instrument panel (on the bottom left of the image), and was curious if there is a way to use this type of instrument panel instead of the current one in the game? 

 

I for one like this instrument panel better because it gives information about the Water Radiator, Mixture, Fuel, and RPM as well.
