Question about loading time of map objects

Hello everyone,

 

I am writing to ask if it is normal in the game that map elements such as buildings take time to appear when I start a mission.

In this video that I share this situation is shown, it is a quick mission.

It also happens when I play online. Also when I look at other players' planes, the skins of their planes take time to appear, almost the same time as the buildings in this video.

I honestly doubt that they are the specs of my pc, I would like to know if the game is like that because I have tried changing the graphics to low and ultra.

 

my pc's specs:

Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10Ghz

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

24 GB RAM

Win 10
