PCMRDiazejam Posted December 9, 2020 Posted December 9, 2020 Hello. I'm having trouble setting up a co-op campaign, the problem is I cant get the 'Create Campaign' tab to light up and be clickable after I've created it. I'm only looking to fly with two other players for now and I've added them as co-op players prior to creating our campaign. I'm still learning so it's very likely that I've overlooked something, I've had a quick look through some of these associated posts but can't find any help. This is as far as I can get: Apologies if this is covered elsewhere and if it is then please point me in the right direction. TIA Jam
PatrickAWlson Posted December 9, 2020 Posted December 9, 2020 At this point you are only creating the campaign. If you are running it this is basically you. We will get to adding more players in a second. Player Name is the name of your pilot User your username. If you don't have one in the dropdown you can simply type it into the text box to the right After that it is pretty much like single player - pick a map - pick a date - pick a role (fighter, attack, etc.) - pick a starting rank for your pilot - pick a squadron - generate the campaign Adding your friends in the next post ... continued ... Once you have the campaign created you now want to add your friends From your campaign - choose personnel - choose add pilot You will get a screen much like the one above. Fill that out for each of the participants. The name of his persona, his username, etc. They may be added all to the same unit for true coop or spread across different units, even the other side. Also, you and the other participants can each have more than one persona. Make as many as you like. The only restriction is that each human participant can only have one of his personas in each mission - pretty obvious as the same human cannot fly more than one plane in a mission. 1
PCMRDiazejam Posted December 9, 2020 Author Posted December 9, 2020 Ah, I see, that makes perfect sense now. Thanks for the reply and I'll get on with creating those extra users when I'm on this evening. ?
