Cockpit Photos

Been a long time since I have last played with this.  Followed instructions and put 1024x1024 custom_photo.dds into the data\graphics\<plane>\textures, overwriting the existing file.  Not showing.  Are they still a thing? Is there something to enable?

Not showing as in "not showing at all", or the stock photo shows up instead?

 

They work allright here. Keep in mind you've got to enable them in the "customize" menu If I recall correctly, you know, the second one where you can load and preview skins of your airplane.

Not showing at all, either mine or the stock.  OK - customize menu?

Sidebar where you choose armament, has another tab for photo. There you can enable or disable the photo

Thanks.  It would not have occurred to me to click the tab with the pistol icon to set the photo
