Quick question about cockpit glass FX

Hello everyone,

I booted up the game after a week or two away from it and noticed that the little cockpit glass FX/ details I can best describe as light glinting through scratches and imperfections in the canopy are no longer there.

No big deal, but once I noticed it, I just became curious about it. 

Perhaps an update has changed things a bit - I certainly haven't altered any graphic card or in-game settings. 

Anyone seen the same?

yes there was an update long ago that removed the imperfections in cockpit glass and itroduced reflections.

From certain angles with the right angle of sun, you will still see a few of those same scratches, but they are substantially less common than they were before.  I welcome the change, as I didn't feel it was realistic.  Yes, having scratches on the glass is realistic, but in real life your eyes would focus out much further way towards whatever you're looking at, and you might not even notice the scratches.
