No Joy stick Support

This program is extremely hard to use on controllers with a joystick. I purchased an EasySMX 2.4G Wireless Controller from Amazon and never could get the turret controls to work with either joystick on the controller. I contacted their support, and after waiting over a week, was told that this game will never be upgraded to support turret control with a joystick. I have several tank simulators that support this feature and it is damn stupid that these developers will not include this in any new upgrades. I sent the controller back and am using the keyboard. What is the point of having the game use a joystick if you must still use the keyboard? I do know that others have installed a third party app to map functions to a joystick, but I would rather throw this garbage in the trash first. Also, for the programmers of this junk, please stop doing mandatory upgrades every other time I start the program! It takes for ever for these to download and install. I will look for a way to turn them off.
