How long to get the activation key?

So i bought Moscow on sale - registers as purchased but no activation key so that it is usable in game!

 

Is there a time frame we have to wait until they provide one?

You shouldn't need an 'activation key'. It should show up on your account automatically. When you launch the game it should show 'Battle of Moscow' under the title in the top right.

There is no time frame - as soon as you have bought a product, it will show up the next time you launch your game. Your current installation already has all

the modules, planes, campaigns etc. With a purchase you only unlock the items you bought.

 

So, that being said, you might have another problem. Do you use the same account for all items purchased? Make sure, you don't mess with different accounts.

What you purchased should be listed in your web profile (web shop here) and what's listed should actually be unlocked in your game.

 

Looking at your avatar, it actually doesn't seem that you're running the game via STEAM, so I hope you didn't purchase anything via STEAM, did you?

And if someone suggests you to link your STEAM account with your current account here, this won't help because you can only link accounts, if your basic

installation (BOS) was done on STEAM. You cannot link a account from here with a STEAM account.

Hey guys,

 

Just letting you know what the issue was in case anyone else has the same issue...

 

I had previously bought the P40 collector plane separately, and because this is part of the Moscow pack, it wouldn't activate..so the kind folks deactivated the plane and activated the Moscow pack instead.. problem solved!
