Leon_Portier Posted November 22, 2020 Posted November 22, 2020 (edited) Tankers! Are you tired of guessing how far to aim? With this handy range table you can now hit on your first shot consistently! Size does matter! High Quality PFD version How to use it? Measure your targets size in the sim, using your tank's stadimeters, its Start from the left, choose Front or Side, depending if the enemy is more facing you or is more sideways to you. Then you move right to Size in Mil, and use the line most closely to the size of your target. Then look for the column of your target tank and go down until it hits your targets Size in Mil. Boom you got the range, set the gunfight and fire! Edited November 22, 2020 by [N.O.G.F]Leon_Portier 6 9 6
clanitho Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 Thanks, may be some screenshots could help us to understand how to use this table?

You measure the size of the tank in mils with the use of the gunsight or binoculars (The size of the gunsight markings is also shown in Post#1), compare the size in mils with the range number on the table, dial in the range in your gunsight and fire. To give an example, say you are targeting a KV1 in the Panther, and the KV1 is facing you. If its width is as long as the base of the large triangle at the center of the gun sight (equal to 4 mil). Then the KV1 is 830 meters away. But if the KV1 was facing perpendicular to your line of sight so that you are looking at its side, and its length is equal to the base of the large triangle, then the KV1 is 1688 meters away. That is because we know the KV1 is longer then it is wide, so in order for it to fit within the large triangle, it must be further away. 1 1 1
